Profit before tax (PBT) of Vishal Fabrics Ltd stood at Rs 9.46 crore in Q2 FY26, tanking 17.95% year-on-year, and declining 5.02% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 26 crore, slipping 8.65% YoY and easing 2.53% sequentially. Total expenses saw a slight increase of 9.14% to Rs 359.72 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 340.25 crore, surging by 22.61% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 6.56 crore, tanking by 22.91% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 5.41% to Rs 1602.11 crore, while net profit soared by 34.98% to Rs 32.18 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 11199% to Rs 111.7 crore, and PBT dipped slightly 3.88% to Rs 43.16 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2.93 crore in FY26, as against Rs 107.59 crore in FY25. Vishal Fabrics Ltd plunged by 50.24% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.64% during the same period.
